Getting Started

How do I analyze a video?

Simply paste a YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram video URL into the input field, select your analysis type, and click "Analyze Video". You can also upload your own MP4 or MOV files.

What video platforms are supported?

We support YouTube (videos and Shorts), TikTok, Instagram (Reels and IGTV), and uploaded MP4/MOV files up to 500MB.

How many credits do I get for free?

New users get 3 free credits to get started. Short videos (under 3 minutes) cost 1 credit, while longer videos cost 10 credits per hour.

Account & Billing

How do I buy more credits?

Go to the Pricing page or your Profile to purchase additional credits. We accept all major credit cards through Stripe.

Can I cancel my analysis?

Yes! You can cancel any analysis in progress using the cancel button. If you cancel before completion, no credits will be deducted.

How do I change my password?

Go to your Profile page and click "Change Password". You'll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

Troubleshooting

My analysis is taking too long

Analysis time depends on video length and complexity. Short videos take 30-60 seconds, while longer videos can take 3-8 minutes. If it's taking longer than expected, try refreshing the page.

I'm getting an error message

Make sure your video URL is correct and the video is publicly accessible. For uploaded files, ensure they're MP4 or MOV format and under 500MB.

My credits aren't updating

Try refreshing the page or logging out and back in. If the issue persists, contact our support team.
