Welcome to Cliptiks! This guide will help you get up and running quickly.

Creating an Account

To start using Cliptiks, you'll need to create an account:

  1. Click "Sign Up" in the top right corner
  2. Enter your email and password
  3. Or use "Continue with Google" for quick signup
  4. You'll receive 3 free credits to get started

Your First Analysis

Analyzing a video is simple:

  1. Paste a video URL or upload a file
  2. Select your analysis type
  3. Click "Analyze Video"
  4. Wait for the results (usually 30 seconds to 3 minutes)

Video Analysis

Cliptiks uses advanced AI to analyze video content and provide detailed insights.

Supported Platforms

  • YouTube: Regular videos and Shorts
  • TikTok: All public videos
  • Instagram: Reels and IGTV
  • Uploaded Files: MP4 and MOV files (max 500MB)

Credits System

Cliptiks uses a credit-based pricing system:

  • Short videos (under 3 minutes): 1 credit
  • Long videos (3+ minutes): 10 credits per hour (rounded up)
  • Free tier: 3 credits to get started

Purchasing Credits

To buy more credits:

  1. Go to the Pricing page or your Profile
  2. Select a credit package
  3. Complete payment through Stripe
  4. Credits are added to your account immediately

Credit Usage

Credits are only deducted when an analysis completes successfully. If you cancel an analysis, no credits are charged.

Common issues and solutions:

Analysis Taking Too Long

Analysis time depends on video length and complexity. If it's taking longer than expected, try refreshing the page or contact support.

Error Messages

  • "Invalid URL": Make sure the video URL is correct and publicly accessible
  • "File too large": Uploaded files must be under 500MB
  • "Insufficient credits": Purchase more credits to continue analyzing
